My work combines my passion for people, nature and dance, to convey sensitive feelings and emotions through painting. It’s about what you don’t notice at first glance, and also how a person can layer their own emotion and interpretation onto a piece of art.

I believe the arts bring us a sense of belonging when we connect to it. When you listen to a song and can’t believe someone could write down exactly how you were feeling or read a book and allow yourself to be carried into someone else’s imagination. My ambition is to create art not only as a form of self-expression but also art that makes you feel, whether it is love, peace or simply a memory.
